At WithJulia we treat your data with the same care we put into designing a trip: we only ask for what's needed, we only use it for what we tell you, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
Data you provide in the travel form: your name, your preferred contact method (email or WhatsApp), your email or phone number, and your answers about how you imagine the trip (destinations, dates, budget, interests and free-text notes).
We also store the language of the request, the submission date and the record that you accepted this policy.
We do not collect special categories of data. Please do not include sensitive information (health, beliefs, etc.) in free-text fields.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
Purpose: to handle your request, contact you and prepare a personalised travel proposal.
Legal basis: your explicit consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters based on this data, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as the conversation about your trip lasts and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months in case you get back in touch.
If you ask us to delete it, we do so sooner, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
5. Who can access it
Only Julia reads the content of your request.
We use technology providers acting as processors to host the website and database and to deliver notification emails. They only process data on our instructions and under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR.
We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, GDPR safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent.
To do so, write to juliaworkor@gmail.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We reply within one month at most.
If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
Your data is stored in a database with restricted access: requests can only be created from the form, and only Julia can read them using private credentials. All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
8. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used so the site works.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will publish the new version here with its date. The version you accepted is stored alongside your request.
